As Chair of the SfAA Podcast Project, I lead a team of 6, overseeing the growth and modernization of the initiative, which began in 2007 and includes over 600 podcasts. Under my leadership, the project has experienced a 300% increase in listenership, driven by key initiatives such as a cohesive rebranding, enhanced social media presence, and the successful migration of podcast archives to streaming platforms. I continue to focus on volunteer recruitment, audience expansion, and collaboration with the Society for Applied Anthropology to ensure the podcast's ongoing relevance and impact.
The Society for Applied Anthropology (SfAA) Podcast Project, started in 2007, has recorded over 600 podcasts that cover a wide range of topics in applied anthropology. In the past two years, the project successfully migrated its extensive archives to major podcast streaming platforms, making the content more accessible to a broader audience.
